Linda passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, January 4, 2025 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 82. She was born on August 27, 1943 to the late Frank and Marie (Brissette) Deming in Bay City, Michigan. She was a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust and was also a member of the Ladies Aid. She was very giving of her time and volunteered quite often at the Economy Center and at the Hospital Gift Shop. Linda had a flare for decorating, her house always looked so pristine. She enjoyed gardening and loved her flowers, she was a member of Courtland Farms Garden Club.
Linda had always worked retail, she was working at the 7/11 on Broadway when she met her husband, Bill. When it came time for retirement, they worked together to build their retirement home on Secord Lake. While they were there, Linda stayed busy working in retail, which she loved.
Linda will always be remembered for her caring, loving, compassionate and genuine personality. She loved interacting with the community. She was such a great wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a friend to so many.
Linda is survived by her husband of 38 and a half years, Bill Snelenberger, whom she married on June 14, 1987. She is also survived by her children, Charles (Stephanie) Rozewski Jr., Alan Rozewski (LuAnn Gardner), Patti (Robert) Zutter and Danielle (Ed) Humpert; grandchildren, Hayden, Todd, Jessica, Sunny (Jesse), Marley, Alysa (Andy), Devin (Bailey), Ryan (Paige), and 9 great grandchildren; brother, Tom Deming; sister, Sue Tilley and close friend, Mary Ann Mavis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Charles Rozewski Sr.; brother, Jeffray (Maxine) Deming; sister, Carol (Richard) Sniecinski; sister-in-law, Arlene Deming and brother-in-law, Ron Tilley.
Memorial service for Linda will take place on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust with inurnment to follow at St. Paul Cemetery. Officiating the service will be Pastor Dennis Matyas. The family will be present to receive visitors on Monday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s name to the St. Paul Ministry Center.
