Linda L. Tober

Linda L. Tober Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Tober passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 68 years. She was born May 9, 1945 in Bay City and has resided here all of her life. Linda was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, she was employed for many years in the Bay County Clerk's office serving as deputy, Chief Deputy and then elected as County Clerk from 2000-2004. She enjoyed a trip to the casino and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. On February 8, 1969 she married Theodore "Ted" W. Tober and he survives her passing along with one daughter and son-in-law; Marni and John Maxian, two granddaughters; Kaitlyn and McKenna Maxian, one sister; Judy Wagner, three brothers and three sisters-in-law; Richard Cavanaugh, Gary and Pam Pozenel, Terry Cavanaugh, Betty Cavanaugh and Karen Pozenel and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a very special aunt and uncle; Ruth and Charles Cavanaugh, her mother; Phyllis Pozenel, two brothers; Greg Pozenel and Charles Cavanaugh, one sister; Marcia McPhee and one sister-in-law; Nancy Cavanaugh. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. to share memories and greet family and friends on Monday, May 12, 2014 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. At the request of Linda Cremation has taken place.
