Margaret E. Wejrowski

Wejrowski, Margaret E. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Wejrowski passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at McLaren Bay Region. Age 84 years. The daughter of the late Carl and Lydia (Beck) Schnell was born February 2, 1932 in Beaver Township, Michigan. She was a lifelong member of Visitation Catholic Church and was retired from Wade Trim as an accountant. Mrs. Wejrowski enjoyed polka dancing with her husband, gardening and flowers. Mrs. Wejrowski is survived by her husband, Dominic Wejrowski whom she married on December 7, 1953; five children, Kathy (Jeff) Wall, Pat (Jan) Wejrowski, Mary Jo (Steve) Prendergast, Karen (Bob) Allore and Diane Klapish; seven grandchildren, Evan and Bryan Wall, Troy, Tyler (Amber) and Tara Wejrowski, Kaitlyn Allore and Emily Klapish; one sister-in-law, Evelyn Kozubal and one brother-in-law, Tom Beeckman. In addition to her parents Mrs. Wejrowski was also preceded in death by one sister, Viola Wright. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the 4Th floor staff at McLaren Bay Region for their compassion and care. The Funeral Liturgy and Rite of Committal will be celebrated on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. St. Jude Thaddeus Parish - St. John Church in Essexville. Celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Dale A. Orlik. Private interment will take place in St. Anthony Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. to receive visitors on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Wejrowski will be taken to the church on Saturday to lie in state from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a memorial to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
