Marie passed away Wednesday evening, October 9, 2013 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 77 years. The daughter of the late Frank and Edna (Lehmann) McIntosh was born October 13, 1935. She was a member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church. Marie enjoyed going to the casino, bowling, gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband; Dale L. Hoffman whom she married May 21, 1955, one son and daughter-in-law; Ronald and Susan Hoffman, one daughter and son-in-law; Pam and Rick Hamme, her grandchildren; Jamie (Jamie) Rytlewski, Jenny Hamme and her special friend: Ron Crowl, Heather (Michael) Coppinger, Sarah Hoffman and Sam Hoffman, two great grandchildren; Oliver and Dexter, one brother; James McIntosh, one sister-in-law; Pat McIntosh. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother; Harold McIntosh, one sister-in-law; Betty McIntosh and one granddaughter; Elizabeth Hoffman. Funeral and Committal Services will take place Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Paul E. Schweppe with private interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc on Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Marie will be taken to the church on Saturday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
