Mary Louise Manor "Mary Lou"

Our loving, caring and kind mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister passed away peacefully Monday, October 17, 2022 at her residence, with her family by her side, at the age of 83. The daughter of the late Carl and Evelyn (Stosik) Trombley was born July 11, 1939 in Bay City, Michigan. Mary Lou was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Parish. She retired from the Bay City Times after 23 years of service as an inside sales representative and went on to work at Younkers for 10 years as a sales clerk. She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping and traveling. Mary Lou spent 38 years with her wonderful companion Richard "Dick" Sautter.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her son, David Manor; three grandsons, Austin, Chase and Dalton Manor; three granddaughters, Isabella Manor, Morgan (her fiancé Keaton Rousse) and Sarah (Matthew) Lampka; four great grandchildren, Lillyanna, Kayla, Zymarie, Liam Lampka; one brother, Gene (Linda) Trombley; her nephew, Matthew and Stacy Trombley and their daughter Vivian; many cousins and friend's and her dog, Bitsy. Mary Lou is also survived by Dick's family, Colleen (Richard Smith) Fodo and her children, Jennifer (Tim) David and their children, Tad and Emily David; and Justin (Heather) Fodo; Darlene (Kevin Leinberger) LaLonde and her son, Andy LaLonde; Rick (Julie) Sautter and their children, Alysha (Scott) Goss, Austin Sautter and Ricky Sautter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Michelle Marie Manor, Lori Ann Manor, Susan Michelle Manor and her companion, Richard "Dick" Sautter.
The Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Parish. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. John Sarge with private inurnment in St. Patrick's Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday to receive family and friends from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and the visitation will continue on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of mass. The Vigil for the Deceased will take place Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Bay Special Care for the great care they gave to her for the past month. Especially Lisa, Holly and Seth. Another thanks to Promedica Hospice and nurse Amanda for making her last days so comfortable and memorable for not just her, but the family as well. Special thanks to Jennifer her caregiver for the last few months for helping her and family with care and compassion.
