Mary Lou Russell

Mary Lou Russell passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at My Michigan Health at the age of 69. The daughter of the late Anthony and Louise (Lewandowski) Hughes was born November 16, 1952 in Bay City, Michigan. Mary enjoyed cooking, gardening, knitting, canning tomatoes, playing Words with Friends but most of all she enjoyed taking care of people.
Mary is survived by her husband, Ken Russell; two sons, Pat (Ann) Russell and Jeff (Christine) Russell; two grandchildren, Ryan Russell and Trevor Russell; one sister, Debi Temple and the Courier family. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her three brothers, Jim Hughes, Dave Hughes and Mark Heading.
Visitation for Mary will take place on Friday, February 18, 2022 at the Gephart Funeral Home from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Memorial cards for the Old Town Christian Outreach Center will be available at the funeral home.
