Michael David Adamczyk

Michael passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 22. He was born on November 15, 1999 in Bay City, Michigan to the late David Adamczyk and Catherine Collins. Michael loved his family and spending time with his kids, Alyiah and Kayden. He also enjoyed working out, watching UFC, partying and hanging out with his friends.
Michael is survived by his children, Kayden and Alyiah; brother, Blaine Collins; aunts and uncles, Tammy Collins-Bond, Bill Collins and Margie Collins-Vink; grandmother, Diane Vogtmann; cousins, Jordan (Abby) Collins, Jacob Collins, Nicholas (Sarah) Collins, Jason Bond, Gregory Collins, Zachary Collins, Carlie Collins and Joshua Collins-Vink and the mother of his children, Teia Decatur. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his grandfathers, Thomas John Collins and Al Vogtmann.
The funeral service for Michael will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson. The family will be present to receive visitors on Wednesday at the funeral from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wishes of the Family.
