Nielson, Michael A. "Butch" Bay City, Michigan Mr. Nielson passed away Saturday, May 01, 2010 at Brian's House. Age 59 years. The son of the late Walter and Bernita (Troxell) Nielson was born July 7, 1950. Butch enjoyed fishing, his grandchildren and his dogs. Mr. Nielson is survived by his five children; Bradley (Rhonda) Nielson, Shannon (James) Potts, Brent Nielson, Blaine Nielson and Shane Nielson, eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In addition to his parents Mr. Nielson was also preceded in death by his wife, Joanne Nielson. The funeral and committal service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Chaplain Judy Wilcox. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial cards for Brian's House will be available at the funeral home.
