Norma "Jean" Pacholke

Jean passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Symphony of Tri Cities at the age of 91 years. She was born in Blackwell, Oklahoma on February 19, 1929 to the late Peter and Grace (Peyton) Block. Jean was a member of St. Bartholomew Ev. Lutheran Church. On June 28, 1947 she married Richard Pacholke and he preceded her in death on January 21, 1995 after 48 years of marriage. Jean loved taking care of her family and many neighbors. She also enjoyed baking, sewing and gardening.
Jean is survived by her daughters, Connie (John) Burk and Cindy Tews; grandchildren, Johnny, Matthew, Andrew, Steven and Brett; great grandchildren, Mason, Alaina, Drew, Alexis, Nathen, Samuel, Matthew, Rose and Violet and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her grandsons, Dustin and Zachary; great granddaughter, Madylen Grace; son, Gregory Pacholke; brother, Peyton Block and sister, Wilma "June" Lloyd Goss.
Funeral service will take place on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at St. Bartholomew Ev. Lutheran Church at 10:00 a.m. Face masks and social distancing will take place in church. Officiating will be Rev. Larry Seafert with interment following in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Pacholke will be taken to the church to lie in state on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. We are currently still under the governor's executive order of social distancing and limited to 25 visitors in the chapel at the funeral home at one time. You may experience a wait while paying your respects, face coverings must be worn. Contributions may be made to St. Bartholomew Ev. Lutheran Church.
