Patricia passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019 at the Bay County Medical Care Facility with her family by her side at the age of 84. Patricia was born in Bay City, Michigan on May 11, 1935 to the late William and Dorothy (Dibble) Roche. Patricia enjoyed crocheting and going to the casino.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 41 years, Wilfred I. Brown; loyal friend, Rosie; five children, Linda (Charles Congdon) Mendez, Frederick (Glenda) Laskey, Deborah Mcintyre, Douglas Laskey and Thomas Roby; fourteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren and five step-children.
Per Patricia's wishes private burial will take place at Floral Gardens Cemetery. For Memorial cards for the wishes of the family will be available at the funeral home.
