Patricia Todd, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away on October 4, 2024 in Bay City, MI, leaving her special and profound imprint on all who knew her.
Born July 28, 1953 in Port Huron, Patricia Lentz was a beacon of light, radiating love and joy to her family and friends. Her sense of humor and loud, boisterous laughter could fill a room, relaxing everyone. Her kind spirit brought a source of comfort to many.
Throughout her life, Patty, as she was affectionately known, was deeply dedicated to helping others. As a physical therapy assistant, she devoted her career to improving the health and wellness of those she cared for. Beyond her professional commitments, she also actively volunteered at her church, embodying her belief in service and community. Her efforts included international mission trips where she shared her faith and giving nature, leaving a legacy of kindness and love.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Patty embraced an active lifestyle and inspired those in her community to prioritize their health and wellness.
Patty was preceded in death by her father, Walter Lentz, her mother, Elaine Olsen and her stepfather, Richard Olsen, as well as two sisters, Martha Lentz and Sarah Mirkhani.
She is survived by her two sons, Noah (Leslie) Perry and Nigel (Megan) Perry, who were the pride and joy of her life, along with her three beautiful grandchildren—Aubrey, Kolton, and Luke.
In addition to her immediate family, Patti leaves behind two sisters, Linda Gonder and Maggie Banka, and two brothers, Mike (Kathy) Lentz and Dave Lentz. She was also blessed with many cherished nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts.
Patty’s legacy of love, service, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be dearly missed but will be lovingly remembered.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 2pm at Peace Lutheran Church in Saginaw.
