Patricia Ann (Jackman) Middleton, age 92, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at New Hope Bay. She was born on September 5,1933 in Bay City, Michigan to the late Fred and Elda (Manning) Jackman. She worked in the Bangor Township Treasurers Office and Kahns Jewelry Store.
Pat was a very involved member of Trinity Episcopal Church, member of the United Way RSVP and their knitting group, a Girl Scout leader, and member of the John Glenn Booster Club McLaren popcorn popper.
She enjoyed traveling, dancing, gardening, knitting/crocheting, spending time at the cabin, playing card games, riding around on the pontoon boat, and “mucking”. She always enjoyed watching JG football games and pretty much any activity her grandkids or great grandkids were involved in.
Pat is survived by her three children, Sharon (Terrence) O’Hare of Bay City, George F. (Judy) Middleton of Vicksburg, MI and Donald (Denise) Middleton of Bay City; Grandchildren, Sean & Brian O’Hare, Dr. Shannon (Jeff ) Lang, Christina Middleton, Brittany (Tim) Sheibels, Don (Rachael) Middleton, Ryan (Stephanie) Middleton, Katie Middleton (Mike Leinberger), Amy J Middleton, Hayley Middleton (Mike) Barr, Amy A Middleton, Jon Middleton, Dan Middleton, and Pam Middleton (Queshawn King); Great Grand Children, Kane, Teagan (Troy Porter) O’Hare, Korbyn, Quinnlyn & Adrien Lang, Alexis Reddington & Connor Moran, Memphis & Griffin Sheibels, Aiden & Charlie Middleton, Addison, Paisley, & Parker Middleton, Camden Garcia, Owen & Charlee Leinberger, Jacoby & Ryan Barr, Torie and Emilie Keene, Miya Johnson, Kaylie Middleton , Kashmeir and Que King. Shia Rathor. She also leaves a Brother-in-law, Robert Middleton and a Sister-in-law, Joyce Middleton. Pat was predeceased in death by husband, George D. Middleton and grandson, Blaine O’Hare.
Funeral Service will take place at Trinity Episcopal Church on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be the Reverend Sue Rich. Private interment will take place at Floral gardens Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Sunday, May 3, 2026 to receive family and friends from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Middleton will be taken to the church on Monday, May 4, 2026 to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church, 815 N. Grant Street, Bay City, MI. 48708 or Transition Hospice.
