Patricia Podojak

Patricia passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018 at New Hope Bay at the age of 85 years. Patricia was born in Bay City on August 9, 1933 to the late Waleryn and Irene (Bouza) Niedzinski. She married Robert Podojak on April 17, 1956 and he preceded her in death. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish for many years. She volunteered for many years a Linsday Schools for many years and retired from Dow Chemical in 1991 after 24 years. She loved her family and enjoyed crocheting and knitting.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Katheryn (Jere) Wade; son, Michael (Theresa) Podojak; grandchildren, Amber Podojak, Colin Wade and Derek (Samantha) Wade; great grandchildren, Addison and Grant Wade and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, Art Niedzinski.
Per Patricia's wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2018. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson. Friends may visit with the family on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Private inurnment will take place in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
