Meno, Regina A. Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Meno passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Luther Manor in Saginaw. She was born July 20, 1932. She retired from Prestolite Corp. At the request of Mrs. Meno cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service is being planned for a later date.
