Powers, Renee M. Bay City, Michigan Renee passed away May 2, 2015 at her residence. She was born June 27, 1956 in Bay City. She is survived by her daughter; Rebecca Greenwood, her mother; Frances Ball, one sister; Colleen (Jeff) Vanriper, two brothers; Keith and Rick Ball. Renee was preceded in death by her father; Charles Ball. At Renee's request cremation has taken place. No Services are being planned at this time.
