Richard J. Anderson "Andy"

Andy passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at McLaren Bay Region with his family by his side at the age of 77. He was born November 16, 1943 to the late Samuel and Helen (Von Steffens) Anderson in Troy, Missouri. Andy proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed fishing, camping, going to the casino and spending time with his family.
Andy is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nancy (Plachta) Anderson; six children, Colette Robetoy, Maranda Anderson, Andrea (Darrin) Moore, R. Joe Jr. (Kori) Anderson, Michael (Cristina) Jablonski and Daniel (Misty) Jablonski; two sisters, Peggy Anderson and Marilyn Haukoous; twenty-eight grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Andy is preceded in death by his six brothers and sisters, and son-in-law, David Robetoy.

Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 2, 2021 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson with private burial and military honors at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may visit at the Gephart Funeral Home on Monday, August 2, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
