Richard L. Emeott Sr.

Mr. Emeott passed on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Covenant Medical Center - Harrison at the age of 67. The son of the late Thomas and Mary (Braley) Emeott was born December 11, 1953 in Saginaw, Michigan. Richard was a member St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust where he formerly served as an elder, he loved watching CNN, his computer, camping, golfing, NASCAR and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Mr. Emeott is survived by his wife, the former Bonnie M. Ratz whom he married on October 2, 1976; two sons, Richard (Christina) Emeott Jr. and Todd (Ashley) Emeott; three grandchildren, Ally Zeilinger, Zachery Cobb and Joseph Behling-Emeott; two brothers, David (Carol) Emeott and Gary (Sally) Emeott; two sisters, Susan (Duane) Arnold and Jackie Emeott and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his two brothers, Robert Emeott and Thomas Emeott.
Funeral and Committal services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust. Officiating will be Pastor Dennis W. Matyas. Visitation will take place at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Contributions may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Frankenlust ministry fund.
