Richard J. Westover

Richard passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Covenant Hospital with his family by his side at the age of 86. He was born on April 25, 1936 in Bay City, Michigan to the late John and Beverly (Boyd) Westover. Richard enjoyed collecting guns, electronics, camping and spending time with his family.
Richard is survived by his daughters, Sherry Henderson (Asa Strudgeon) and Vickie Wagner; son-in-law, Mark Dykema; grandchildren, Aaron Dykema, Ashley Wagner and Michael (Haley) Wagner; brother, William (Mary Jean) Westover and special friends, Mike and Elaine Clifford. In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Westover.

Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. Officiating will be Pastor Donald Killey with private burial in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
