Robert "Bob" H. Taylor

Mr. Taylor passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Sheffield Bay. Age 90 years. The son of the late Bernard and Pearl (Bacon) Taylor was born April 7, 1929 in Flint, Michigan. Mr. Taylor was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Pulaski Club, American Legion Post #439 and served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed traveling, playing cards and had a good sense of humor.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Betty L. Waldie-Taylor whom he married on April 11, 2005; two children, Kim Taylor and Lori (Randy) VanTol; two grandchildren, Scott Martinson and his significant other, Crystal and Morgan (Scott) Thane; one great grandchild, Blake Martinson; three step children, Brenda (Jay) Lee, Becky Lesniak and Barry (Joann) Bernard. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his first wife, Verna M. "Skip" Taylor in 2002; one son, Mark Taylor; six brothers and four sisters.

At the request of Mr. Taylor cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Faith Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. Matt Hall. Private inurnment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Faith Lutheran Church on Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service.
