Robert C. Brown

Robert passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at his residence at the age of 70 years. He was born in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Calvin and Louise (Wolkens) Brown. Robert worked with his step father, Robert Jacobs at Associated Heating in Bay City as a young man, he then proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a boatswain's mate. After the Navy he worked for Saginaw Steering Gear until returning back to the Navy. Robert was also in the National Guard. He enjoyed music and could play any stringed instrument.
Robert is survived by his brother, Theodore Brown; sister, Constance Bennett; step sister, Roberta Wallace; step brother, Howard Jacobs and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by brother, Ricky Brown; step sister, Bernice Jacobs and brother-in-law, LeRoy Bennett.
At the request of Robert, cremation has taken place and a private grave side service will take place at Floral Gardens Cemetery at a later date. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Robert's care givers and friends, Becky, Yvonne, Camie and Collin who allowed him to live independently in his home.
