Ronald Paul Czowski

Ron passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024 at McLaren Bay Region with his family by his side at the age of 75. He was born in Bay City, Michigan on July 14, 1948 to the late Peter and Mary (Luczak) Czowski. Ron was a lifelong member of St. James Church/All Saints Parish. He attended Ferris State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree. He then worked at Draper Chevrolet for 44 years. Ron loved the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding snowmobiles and four wheelers, golfing, he was a big NASCAR fan and loved spending time with his family. Ron would always put his family and friends first throughout his whole life and he was our rock and we will miss him dearly.

Ron is survived by his sisters, Sandy Meyer and Darlene (George) Lukezic; nieces, Shelley Miller and Michelle Lukezic; great niece, Haley (Curtis) Dalton. In addition to his parents, Ron is preceded in death by his beloved nephew, Curt Meyer; and nephew-in-law, Scott Miller.

At the request of Ron, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024 at Gephart Funeral Home. Celebrant will be Rev Fr. José Cabrera with private inurnment taking place at Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be considered to St. James Church/All Saints Parish.
