Ruth Ann Keller Bay City, Michigan Mrs. Keller passed away Friday, September 16, 2016 at The Carriage House of Bay City. Age 86 years. The daughter of the late Edward and Isabelle (Betz) Eldridge was born May 31, 1930 in Vassar and has resided in Bay City most of her life. She was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Ladies Guild; she enjoyed working in her garden, raising flowers, bowling and most of all she loved the time she spent with her family. Left behind to cherish her memories are her children and their spouses; Diane and Ron Watson, Frederick and Tera Keller Jr., Jeff Keller, Nola and Rick Adler, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one brother-in-law; Richard Chesney and many nieces and nephews. On June 9, 1951 she married her husband Frederick Elmer "Fred" "Fritz" Keller and he preceded her in death on October 6, 2015. She was also preceded in death by two sisters; Doris Eldridge and Nancy Chesney and one brother and sister-in-law; Edward Jr. and Marilyn Eldridge Funeral and committal services will take place Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church. Officiating will be Rev. William H. Allwardt with private interment in Floral Gardens Cemetery. The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday to receive visitors from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mrs. Keller will be taken to the church on Wednesday to lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
