Ruth E. Payne passed away Friday morning July 9, 2010 at Brians House, age 95. The daughter of the late George O. & Lillian I. (Hulser) Klement, she was born August 9, 1914 in Kansas City, Missouri. Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
