Stephanie L. Burpee

Stephanie passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Ascension Providence Hospital in Novi, Michigan. She was born on July 23, 1987 to Robert Burpee and Katherine (Rigg) Morgan in Bay City, Michigan. Stephanie loved crafting, camping and stargazing. She also loved collecting furbabies, spending time with her family and spoiling her nephews and niece.
Stephanie is survived by her mother, Katherine (Lon) Morgan and father, Robert Burpee; furbabies, Penelope, Dexter, Toby and Bear; sisters, Valerie (Justin) McKinnon and Ashley Burpee (fiancé, Chris Middleton); three nephews and a niece that she absolutely adored, Jonas Kruchkow, Conor McKinnon, Ethan McKinnon and Laurel McKinnon; grandparents, Bob and Joyce Burpee, Sue and Bob Fortier; several aunts, uncles and cousins and her very special friend, Kristy Reminder. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alvin and Irene Rigg and nephew, Ryan Burpee.
The family would like to extend a very special thank you to all the Doctors and Nurses, especially Gina, at Ascension Providence Park.
Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Joseph Atchinson. The family will be present at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
