Susan Joy Milbourne

Milbourne, Susan Joy Bay City, Michigan Susan passed away Thursday, September 20, 2012 at the age of 49 years with her family at her side at her residence. She was born October 15, 1962 in Bay City and has resided here all of her life. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and was formerly employed at Covenant Health Care Breast Center in Saginaw in the Mammography Department. Susan had a great love for Christmas and the memories will be cherished by her family forever. She enjoyed her dogs Peanut and Monkey, shopping for bargains, and her time helping others, especially those who were ill with cancer. On July 12th,1986 she married her husband of twenty-six years David L. Milbourne and he survives her passing along with two daughters; Megan R. Milbourne and her fiancée Bryan Monroe and Katie G. Milbourne, her special friends; Jodi and Doug Katzer all of Bay City, Mame Weeks of Unionville, Deana and Chad Cunningham of Bay City, Sandy and Gerry Groya of Bay City, her father-in-law and mother-in-law; Ron and Joan Milbourne of Tavares, Florida, Dave's cousin; Byron and Eileen Veit her parents; Carol and Stu Lytle , sister; Beth Kussro, brother; David Lytle all of Bay City, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and especially her special loving friends from the Covenant Breast Center. She was preceded in death by her special friends; Julie and Ken Brunner and her uncle; Fred Lytle. A Memorial Service will take place Monday, September 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.. Officiating will be Rev. George W. Morris. At the request of Susan cremation has taken place. The family will be present at the funeral home on Sunday to received family and friends from 1:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of service. Memorial cards for the Humane Society of Bay County will be available. Sue's family would like to thank her caring nurse Angela from the VNA and the many special nurses from Covenant 7 Main.
