Walter F. Sporman "Wally"

Wally passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the age of 38 years. He was born on December 31, 1982 in Bay City, Michigan. He worked at Lubrizol in Midland, Michigan as a chemical blend technician. He loved his music and enjoyed dancing. He was an avid, golfer, bowler and basketball player. Wally was a caring and playful uncle and a huge Michigan State fan.
Wally is survived by his significant other, Katy Ziegelmann and her two boys, Westin and Wyatt, that he loved so much. He is also survived by his mother and step-father, Jeri (Kevin) Bellhorn; father, Douglas Sporman Sr.; siblings, Douglas Jr. (Sabrina) Sporman, Andrea (Duke) Bamberger, Brian Martin, Geoffrey Bellhorn, his significant other Angie, Justin (Jessie) Bellhorn and Mary Sporman and her significant other Michael; grandmother's, Mary Martin and Pearl Bellhorn; his two nieces that he loved so dearly, Kaylee and Mikaela; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and lifelong friends that he loved so much. Wally is preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Marian Sporman; grandfather's, Frank Martin and Edward Bellhorn; aunts, Lenore Sovereign and Nancy Martin; uncle, Tom Sporman and cousins, Lance Bellhorn and Jeffrey Hulslander.
The family will be present at the Gephart Funeral Home on Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. We are currently still under the governor's executive order of social distancing and limited to 25 visitors in the chapel at one time. You may experience a wait while paying your respects, face coverings must be worn. Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
