Waneta Marie Gabbe

Waneta passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at Bay Shores Senior Care and Rehab Center at the age of 82 years. She was born in Bay City on September 11, 1939 to the late Henry and Matilda (Moyer) Card. She married Edward Gabbe on April 10, 1965 and he preceded her in death on April 24, 2012 after 47 years of marriage.
Surviving is her daughter, Christy Clutier; grandchildren, Aaron Kelley, Michael Gabbe, Cody Kelley and Autumn Kelley; great granddaughter, Laiken; brothers, Lyle (Janice) Nielsen, Harold Nielsen and John Nielsen and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her sons, Gary and David Gabbe and brothers, Hugh Metz, Lester Card and Ray Nielsen.
Funeral service will take place at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Private burial in Garfield Township Cemetery. Friends and family may visit at the Gephart Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
