William Bruce Reimer

William passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at McLaren Bay Region at the age of 82. He was born to the late Harold and Emily (Back) Reimer on May 23, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was very proud to be a member of the Pipefitters Union Local 816. William also served his Country in the U.S. Navy. He loved his dog Rusty and enjoyed watching sports. He was a very good pool player and really enjoyed playing. In his free time, he enjoyed leatherworking. He was such a wise, honest and hard-working man.
William is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Reimer; grandchildren, Melanie Reimer and Jesse (Lindsey) Reimer; great grandchildren, Emmeri Reimer, Jaylynne Reimer, Payton Reimer, Johnny Chamberlain and Kaylee Reimer; step-daughter, Mary Taylor; sisters, Ava Harris and Ann Hill; special friend, Jackie Monville and her two children, Jon Hill and Lisa Monville and close friend, Kenny Manor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Scott Reimer and sister, Charlotte Galligan.
In honoring the wishes of William, cremation has taken place and no services are being planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wishes of the Family.
